We're live on Rumble. Talking about intermittent fasting gone bad. Intermittent fasting gone wrong.
The first thing that comes to my mind when I hear intermittent fasting.
And if you just hopped on here, I'm not here to tell you, don't ever intermittent fast. That's not it.
What you got to hear is important because it can lead you to a place of doing things right.
That's best for you.
Best for your healing process.
That's what matters the most.
It's not about protecting a modality or a belief system.
It's about making sure it gives you the best you can get.
Right?
First thing that comes to my mind when I hear somebody say,
hey, I'm intermittent fasting. Or podcast doctor says, we're going to talk today about intermittent
fasting. Or you see a book on intermittent fasting. The first thing that comes to my mind is
no one has a clue. That's a bold statement. But why am I saying that? To begin with,
it's not fasting.
Your body cannot go into a fasting mode
unless it's 24 hours without food
and only water.
That's it.
Think about that for a second.
There's a lemon in there.
If you have lemon water within 24 hours,
you're still not fasting.
The lemon stops a fast.
The body cannot go into fasting mode unless it's plain water for 24 hours and one minute.
Not 24 hours, 24 hours and three seconds after the 24 hour mark.
Sunrise to sunrise.
The sun rises at 5 a.m. say, just say it rose at 5 a.m. You have to withhold from food or any
carbohydrate or any glucose or any food at all, protein, whatever it is, you have to withhold
until sunrise the next day for it to be fasting mode for a human body.
So the first thing I think when I hear a genius or a smart podcast doctor or a smart author or somebody or a doctor or whoever it is or a health practitioner or a health coach or an acupuncturist, there's great ones out there, but, you know, whatever, or a nutritionist, there's great ones out there, whatever, or a dietician, whoever it is that got clued into intermittent fasting.
The first thing I think is you don't have a clue.
It's not intermittent fasting.
It's intermittent eating.
It's intermittent eating is what it is.
And that right off the running says mistakes are going to be made.
People have it screwed up.
No one has it right.
And we're going to talk about what seems to be right about it and what seems to be wrong about it.
Or what is wrong, really.
it's inherently flawed right off the running because you're not fasting. And if you're not
fasting and you're withholding food of some kind or any kind or any kind of fuel, if you're
withholding fuel of any kind, you're now impeding something or harming something inside the body.
you can only fast if you're on water for 24 hours and one second 24 hours and three seconds 24 hours
and one minute if you're doing caffeine and you think you're fasting you're far from wrong
gravely wrong if you're doing a caffeinated drink while you're saying you're intermittent fasting
you're not fasting you're jacked up on caffeine is what you are i'm going to talk about what that's
about too it's far from right it's far from right so how did we stumble into this intermittent
fasting thing. How did it happen? Someone realized when they skipped their greasy meal
or their fatty-based meal in the morning, they started improving.
They started improving. When they skipped their fried eggs, their bacon eggs, greasy hash browns,
when they skipped their sausage, their egg and cheese, when they skipped their boiled eggs,
when they skipped their hard-boiled eggs, when they skipped the pork, the ham, the bacon,
when they skipped the butter, when they skipped the bagels in the morning,
they started to improve in energy and other things to some degree. When they skipped the
cream cheese, they started to improve. When they skipped the peanut butter in the morning,
they started to improve, right? When they skipped the peanut butter. It's like, okay, well,
I'm not going to have, even though I was taught that this is healthy,
I'm not going to have my tablespoon of peanut butter on top of my oatmeal.
They skipped it. They were taught to skip it. So here we go. That's your peanut butter right there
on top of your oatmeal. And that's what I have. That's an oatmeal right there in a bowl, right?
I got the peanut butter. They skipped it. And when you skip eating, you start to improve, right?
So it must be healthy. Don't eat. And then don't eat until say lunchtime. Well, better than that.
Don't eat till one. Wait, better than that. Don't eat till two. Wait a minute. Even better than that.
Don't eat till four. Oh, better than that. Don't eat till six. That's right. Don't eat till six.
Get jacked up on caffeine all day long, right? Get jacked up on an energy drink all day long.
get jacked up on green tea all day long, but don't eat until six. Hey, if you can do it,
someone might say out there, don't eat until eight at night. And then have your fatty meal,
have your chicken, have your salmon, have your peanut butter oatmeal if you want,
have whatever you want, have your pork, whatever, have something, have your beef,
Have your avocado salad.
Have your oil, right?
Have your oil on everything.
So have your olive oil on your salad, right?
Have lots of olive oil.
Have that.
Maybe you just want to say, you know what?
I starved myself all day long.
I did my workout.
I was only drinking coffee and that's all I was doing.
Let me have my desserts.
Let me have my treats at night too.
Let me do that, right?
You know what?
I did good.
I intermittent fasted all day,
Even though you didn't fast.
I intermittent fasted all day, and then I'm having my vegan pizza at night.
Or I'm having my cheese pizza, my non-vegan pizza at night, right?
Because I can't.
And I'm doing better.
And I'm doing better.
How am I doing better?
This thing must be the real deal.
This thing must be what really works.
They got something here.
This is ingenious.
But I'm going to tell you right now.
As time goes on, you lose.
And you lose big.
You don't lose a little.
You lose big.
Now, what would I have anything?
Why would I have anything against intermittent fasting?
Why would I care?
If it's something that's good, then I would back it up.
I'd be like, yeah, that's incredible.
Do it.
Amazing.
but it will destroy your health systematically as the years go by if you intermittent fast
for one year you're going to have extensive damage years later unless you know how to fix
and reverse what is coming your way so i'm going to teach everybody in as quick as i can as easy
as I can how to reverse what's coming your way. That's something that's important. And it comes
down to adrenals, the liver, and other aspects of the body, nutritional deficiencies, and everything
else. So we're going to go in this. So why did intermittent fasting take hold and take root?
Because people don't realize it, but they stop the fat in the morning. You can ask a pro in
intermittent fasting, someone who specializes in it, someone who has classes, teaches classes
online about it or something, someone who talks about it at the gym and knows it inside and out,
and they still don't know, it's because they're withholding the fat in the morning.
They don't know that's why. They're withholding the fats. You might be somebody that's like,
but EW, I don't eat all these greasy foods in the morning. I don't have ham in the morning. I don't
do bacon and eggs and sausage in the morning. I don't have turkey in the morning. I don't have
any of that. So you know what? That's not me. What I do is I put two tablespoons of coconut oil in my
smoothie. That's what I do. And when I'm intermittent fasting, I just don't have my smoothie anymore.
People don't realize is it's keeping the oil out that gives you the boost, the benefits.
It's keeping the peanut butter out.
It's keeping the almond butter out of the smoothies.
It's keeping the peanut butter out of the meals in the morning.
It's keeping the nuts out of the meals in the morning.
So somebody might be like, well, I'm intermittent fasting and I'm getting some benefits.
I used to eat a lot of almonds in the morning.
I used to eat a lot of walnuts in the morning.
And I don't do that anymore.
I don't know what he's talking about.
I don't eat bacon and sausage in the morning.
I eat almonds and walnuts in the morning, and I stopped eating walnuts and almonds in the morning,
and I started getting better. But what the person doesn't know, it's because you stopped eating fat
in the morning. Intermittent fasting experts still don't even know the reason why they see
any benefits at all is because they stopped fat, not food, not food. They stopped fat,
not food. They think it's because they stopped food.
I'm an intermittent fasting expert. You actually talked to that intermittent fasting expert.
You'll find it's because you just stopped eating. Well, you stopped eating in the morning and you're
doing very well. You don't eat in the morning. You don't eat in the afternoon if you can too.
You're doing fantastic. You're intermittent fasting. That's why you're succeeding.
and so they believe it's because you stopped food itself so even though okay you got a flawed
flawed belief system and modality if you want to call it that because it's not fasting at all
you're just intermittent eating and then the best experts the top experts don't even know it's
because you're eliminating fat that you're getting benefits, not because you're eliminating food.
They don't know the difference between a melon. They don't know the difference between a papaya
and a handful of nuts. So you put your health, your life in the hands of someone that doesn't
even know why you're even receiving a temporary benefit from a flawed concept.
So you got somebody that doesn't even know why you're even getting benefits. So here you are,
you're at the gym, you're talking to your trainer that knows everything. Are you talking to this
nutritionist that taught you about intermittent fasting? Or you're at some kind of meeting and
some authors talk about intermittent fasting and here you go, you're asking them, well, I'm doing
it. I'm keeping away from food in the morning. They're like, very good. You keep away from food.
You keep away from food then, then, then, and you can have your meal at the end of the day.
Now they're intermittent fasting expert, right? But even that expert doesn't know why.
Why? And what food is it?
if you withhold fats in the morning, you're doing something better than intermittent fasting
if you bring in foods that don't have fats. If you bring in a food that doesn't have a fat,
if you bring in some celery juice, if you bring in your lemon water and then your celery juice,
and you bring in coconut water, which none of those have fat in them right there, okay?
You took it to a level that no one imagined and no one understands.
Now, the intermittent fasting experts would say, no, you blew it.
You did wrong.
You did celery juice.
You're not supposed to have a drink like an actual food in the morning.
You're not supposed to have a food in the morning.
You can't have coconut water.
That's sugar.
You just ruined your intermittent fast.
Sir, ma'am, you just ruined your intermittent fast
because you had coconut water, which is sugar.
You had sugar.
Say you had bananas.
They would be like, no, no, you ate.
They wouldn't know the difference between peanut butter and bananas
because they don't know why intermittent fasting is giving anybody a benefit.
they don't know that you're not fasting anyway because you're eating within the 24-hour zone.
So they don't know you're not fasting anyway, but yet they'll punish you if you eat a banana
that morning during your intermittent fast because they think it's food. They think it's
food in general that determines the whole thing, meaning eating food at all, eating any food at
all. So if you have a half a banana, they think you just blew your intermittent fasting,
but you didn't blow it. You didn't blow it because you were never fasting anyway.
If you were going to eat that night at eight o'clock at night, six o'clock at night,
four o'clock at night, there was no fast that day. Because remember, your body doesn't go into
fasting until sunrise to sunrise. It's the human body and human nature. It's the way we're designed
here in the universe, on this planet, in the solar system. You have to go from sunrise to sunrise
for your body to say, whoa, we went a day from a rise to a rise, sunrise to a sunrise, and food
never entered we are officially fasting and that's when it happens right there that's when
any macro storage you have throughout your body gets used up within that 24-hour cycle
it takes a 24-hour cycle to to use up macro storage not micro storage micro storage is
deep inside the organs and deep inside the brain in other places but you used up macro storage
the 24 hour cycle from sunrise to sunrise is your macro storage of accessible bioavailable fuel
that's floating around it's used up and gone in the 24 hour cycle it takes exactly 24 hours
so since no one's fasting no one's fasting at all what they're doing is they're eating wrong
That's all.
Recklessly wrong is what's happening.
So the intermittent fasting diet gives you a quick relief for some people.
People who have a stronger constitution who haven't been that sick yet.
It gives them quicker relief.
But it's going to send them down a dark path down the road.
A dark path down the road.
They're going to swing.
they're going to go intermittent fasting for a few months in their life and then boom they're
going to go into some other kind of eating because it's going to catch up to them because
they're withholding from what they need at the most critical time of day you need mineral salts
you need glucose in the most important time of the day in the morning and afternoon and they
are withheld from the person intermittent fasting.
And when mineral salts and glucose are withheld from the person
that's intermittent fasting, you're losing the most critical aspects,
the critical resources you can get to keep you strong in the future.
So no matter what, you're going to be set for failure.
Intermittent fasting sets you to failure.
That's what happens.
so as you're
marching down the intermittent fasting road
right
and you're not getting the glucose
and the mineral salts
when you need them
you go into
a crisis
so let's head into there
okay
problem is with intermittent fasting
most people doing it aren't on water by itself until they have that meal at the end of the day.
They're usually on a stimulant or they get a little bit of something in them somewhere along
the way which makes it worse because it's always the wrong little bit of something.
Intermittent fasting people are enjoying the benefits of being on an adrenaline high.
it's one of the most destructive aspects of intermittent fasting they're enjoying the
benefits of running on adrenaline they're running on their own adrenaline is what they're running on
so their adrenals because they're not eating in the morning their adrenals are releasing adrenaline
so now they're not eating and then they go on some caffeine on top of it to boot and now their
adrenals are really spilling out the adrenaline spilling it out left and right everywhere
saturating their brain, saturating their organs, saturating their liver. And now they're on
adrenaline high. So it's like, yeah, no, I'm intermittent fasting. I just had my coffee before
my workout. Okay. So your adrenals sit on top of your kidneys and that's your adrenals right here.
And the adrenals get a message when you don't eat. If you don't eat every two hours or three
hours, you start to run on adrenaline. That's important to know. So intermittent fasters are
running on adrenaline long-term, but it gets worse and worse as each hour goes on. So now you're 11
o'clock in the morning and no one eats any food. And now your adrenals are spilling out more
epinephrine. Then you're 12 o'clock. Now your adrenals are spilling out more epinephrine. Then
you're at one. Now your adrenals are spilling out more epinephrine. Now you're going to have
some green tea on your intermittent fast or whatever you're going to have. And now your
adrenals are spilling out double and triple the amount. Now you're on this adrenaline high all day
long, right? And then you eat that fatty meal at the end of the day because you're not going to eat
a piece of fruit at the end of the day. You're not going to intermittent fast all day long and have
a piece of fruit, a banana. You're not going to have a papaya. You're not going to have a melon.
You're going to have now some kind of fat abomination of some kind. You're going to have
something like chicken, which is fine if you want to eat chicken, right? You're going to have meat.
you're going to have pizza, you're going to have avocado, you're going to have a burger,
you're going to have pasta with oil on it, cheese on it, whatever it is, vegan cheese,
not vegan cheese, but you're going to have a fat now is what you're going to do.
And that's the last thing your adrenals want after they've basically emptied all day long.
Because when you put fat in at the last meal, at the end of the day,
your adrenals then spill out even more.
This leads to an epic disaster in health.
Now, what are the short-term benefits intermittent fasting the wrong way everybody's doing?
I'll give them to you.
Short-term benefits of intermittent fasting are for the first time in your life,
you're withholding the fat in the morning.
That is a benefit.
So for the first time in your life, you're withholding the fat in the morning.
That's your benefit, your temporary benefit right there.
You're withholding the fat in the morning, that bagel with cream cheese. You're withholding the
nut butters, the peanut butter on your oatmeal. You're withholding the coconut oil. You're
withholding anything, cream in your coffee. You're withholding cream in coffee. You're
withholding butter. You're probably withholding cacao, right? So for the first time in your life,
you lowered, minimized, or completely eliminated fats in your morning. Now remember, go back to
this one thing. Intermittent fasting experts don't know it's fat being eliminated is the benefit.
They think it's all food being eliminated is the benefit. That's why intermittent fasting experts
don't even want you on a banana or a piece of fruit in the morning because they don't know
the difference. They think it's just food. They haven't figured the next part out.
and because fat hurts the liver
and makes the liver so stagnant and sluggish
and beats down on the liver so hard, okay,
that you're giving your liver a fat break in the morning.
That's the temporary benefit of intermittent fasting.
That's what's amazing about the temporary benefit
because the first time in your life
you're not pounding the hell out of your liver in the morning
with a whole bunch of fat, whether it's almond butter in your smoothie, coconut water, coconut
butter, I'm sorry, in your smoothie, peanut butter in your smoothie, right? There's no fat in coconut
water, right? There's, when it's those, it's the first time in your life you're not doing handfuls
of walnuts. You're not eating granola in the morning with all these nuts and seeds in there.
You're holding off any kind of animal protein too. You're holding off cream cheese and cheese and
butter. And that's what's giving you the temporary benefit. Comes with a price though,
because now you're living on adrenaline because you're fasting wrong or you're doing something
wrong. You're doing something wrong. Anybody who's ever come to me and says, I'm intermittent
fasting now and I'm feeling a little better and I'm dropping a little weight. I go, well,
well, learn how to do it right or don't do it long term because you're going to pay the price later.
so what does your body need your body needs glucose and mineral salts and it gets taken away
when you intermittent fast which really you're intermittent eating because you're not fasting
you're just withholding from food as long as you can every day until you end up eating food and
the food you're eating is not giving you enough back for what you've gone through and lost all
day long. So let's go into that. Your adrenals. When you're using adrenaline all day long and
you're burning on adrenaline all day long because you're not burning on glucose because you're not
eating any glucose because you're intermittent fasting. So you're not eating any kind of glucose,
which is sugar, bananas or papayas or mangoes or whatever you got going on, apples, whatever kind
of sugar you like, that's fructose, that's actual glucose, whatever kind of sugar you're not getting,
you're now running on adrenaline. So if you don't have fruit in the morning, like melon or something
in the morning, or you don't have even celery juice. Celery juice is a combination of a little
glucose with lots of mineral salts. If you don't have these things, you're running on adrenaline.
And eventually what happens is you bottom out. I heard it many times. I hear it all the time now.
Advert intermittent fasters finally hitting the wall and they don't know why they can't come back
from it. They don't know why it's not working anymore. They don't know why they're stuck.
And then they start gorging. Do you know anybody that just was intermittent fasting and then boom,
they're off the wagon and they're just eating whatever. They start to binge. Intermittent
fasting is an unhealthy way of creating a new eating disorder in somebody. And that's coming
from me, right? I'm not supposed to be the one, hey, no, that's going to create an eating disorder.
No, that's going to create an eating disorder. No, that's actually, this is going to create an
eating disorder. And it does because you get used to running on adrenaline
and that adrenaline gives you a high you can't match down the road. So then you end up collapsing
within it because you can't sustain that kind of high long, long term without a total epic crash
and then the binging to try to restore the adrenals. That's what people do. They end up
trying to restore their adrenals after they've intermittent fasted the wrong way for so long.
And so their adrenals need to be restored, but they never know how to do it and they don't know
what to use to do it.
Intermittent fasting is a nightmare
on the liver for the other way.
It's not just you're not,
now you're holding back
all the fats in the morning,
which helps the liver,
but now you're filling your liver
with adrenaline all day long,
which hurts the liver.
It's like you're,
you're,
it's Peter paying,
you know,
exactly,
paying Paul,
whatever,
right?
So,
robbing Peter to pay Paul,
borrowing from Peter to pay Paul,
whatever,
and that's what it is in the end.
It's like you're trying to work around the system of your body when you don't know how the system of your body works.
And then you got experts that don't even know what fasting is or intermittent fasting is.
And then the weight gain hits you later like you've never seen before in your life.
And the stagnant sluggish liver kicks in like you've never seen before in your life.
And you thought you were doing good for the first two years going back and forth of intermittent fasting.
And the first three years going back and forth of intermittent fasting.
and you think you're going to get somewhere with it
and you think you're going to get somewhere with it
and then boom, you get the weight gain
and you get the fatigue
and you hit the all-time lows
and the brain fog takes over
because you burned out all the neurotransmitters
because you lived on adrenaline for too long.
If you're somebody, you think you got it down
and you're doing the caffeine all day
and you're doing the intermittent fasting,
you've got to get ready
because four years from now,
you're going to have the worst brain fog.
You're going to have electrolyte burnout,
neurotransmitter burnout,
electrical impulse burnout
and you're going to then head to other areas where you don't want to head,
which is the teeth start falling apart.
The teeth start to fall apart.
And then you get the bone loss, but especially in the teeth first.
And that's what comes later.
And that's the thing about intermittent fasting.
You pay the price down the road.
Now, you can reverse it any damage you've done,
but you have to work on doing it right.
But you can reverse it.
But the adrenaline is corrosive to the bones and teeth.
Causes acidity beyond all acidity.
So here you are, you're doing your caffeine,
you're intermittent fasting.
Yeah, you're working out.
Yeah, you think you're getting healthier.
You're drinking some water.
You're doing all that.
And you think you've got it down now
with your intermittent fasting.
You've got an intermittent fasting coach.
Meanwhile, you're losing bone
everywhere throughout your body
because the calcium gets drawn out of your bones and teeth.
to buffer the acidity from all your adrenaline that's pumping 24-7
because you're living on that.
And then add caffeine in the mix, and then you've got more of that happening.
Intermittent fasting experts will say,
hey, do some apple cider vinegar shots by noon.
Do some apple cider vinegar shots.
That's okay. Do this. Do that.
It makes it even worse.
so what people are dealing with when they're intermittent fasting is they're dealing with
trickery to their body and they just don't know it so the body's trying to stay with the
homeostasis it's trying to keep balance it's trying to survive this and we do things without
our body's permission our body's like what are you doing now wait a minute what are you doing
now and then the hacks and the hacks and the hacks they cut corners the hacks come in the
hackers come in right so look i've always said this one thing the one positive thing about
intermittent fasting is it stops people from eating the fat in the morning it's the fat in
the morning that actually takes them to a place where there is some benefits with that and that's
the one thing I like. I was like, good. You figure it out to keep fat out. You didn't know that's
what it was. You thought it was food that you were keeping out, but you figured out to keep fat out.
So that's a great start because I've talked to people, I've talked to professionals that were
experts at it or thought they were experts at it. And I said, look, it's because you're withholding
the fat. So how do you protect yourself? How do you do it right? Right? Celery juice is a critical
part of doing it right. You can have your celery juice. You can have your lemon water. That's a
great way to start. It's your lemon water in the morning. I talk about this in the morning,
cleanse and cleanse to heal, right? Then you get your celery juice going. That's the next thing you
do right there, okay? You don't move on to nut butters and coconut oil. You don't move on to
nuts and seeds and oils, nut butters, animal protein, eggs, cheese. You don't do any of that.
You move on to fruit and then you move on to some melon and that's where you go next, right?
And this is a honeydew melon right here.
And this is an incredible food to use for your intermittent fasting,
if that's what you want to call it, right?
So that's a nice honeydew melon right there.
That's something you can do.
There's no fat in your diet yet.
But here's what's happening.
The lemon water, the celery juice, the fruit in the morning
is keeping your adrenals from exploding.
it's keeping your adrenals
from dumping out all that adrenaline
that's how you can protect yourself
live longer
not age as fast
you don't age as fast
you slow your aging process down
so what does this equate to?
intermittent fasting ages you faster
that's another thing I've always said
I've talked to professionals about this
doctors said no intermittent fasting
is intermittent fasting.
It's aging faster is what it is.
It's just intermittently aging faster.
Really, that's what it is.
Down the road, things start falling apart
because you basically fast-tracked your adrenals
20 years in time by draining its resources
because somebody had a big idea
and they went wild with it.
And then everybody pays the price.
You can call it what you want in the morning,
intermittent fasting, whatever it is.
What I say is you hold off the fats.
When you hold off the fats,
you can lose the weight,
protect your adrenals,
cleanse your liver,
restore,
and all of it combined.
So here's the thing.
Someone once said to me,
well, look, if I don't eat all day, aren't I cleansing? No, you're not. You can't cleanse
when your adrenals are filling your bloodstream with adrenaline. It stops the liver from cleansing
immediately. So if you withhold food completely and you're on caffeine or a green tea, matcha tea,
or you're doing kombucha tea or whatever it is you're doing and you're not eating,
you're not cleansing either because you're running on adrenaline. You can't cleanse when
all that adrenaline is being dumped into your bloodstream. There is no cleansing.
That's important to know. And then,
so here's another thing too. You don't want to overuse bile reserves inside the liver.
So the one thing positive about intermittent fasting is you're holding off all that fat in
morning. That's the positive thing. So you're not burning out all these, all this bioreserve,
but you end up exploding the liver's bioreserves later at the end of the night because you held
from food all day long. It gets you to eat things you really shouldn't be eating. So that's the
whole point. So at the end of the day, you're like, you know what? I intermittent fasted all
day long. I was just on caffeine and coffee. I'm doing some workouts. I'm doing pretty good. I can
have some pizza tonight. And then boom, your liver goes into that bile reserve explosion right there.
That means now your liver's pumping out all this bile. It's like, well, you just sideswiped me,
man. And the liver's pumping out all this bile, right? You're like, yeah, no, I, I was, I was
being good all day long. So now I'm going to have something else. You know, I'm just going to have
a lot of salmon tonight and your liver has to come up with all this bile, right? It has to thin out
the fat. But your liver also had to soak up adrenaline all day long. So now your liver
soaked up adrenaline all day long because your adrenals were pumping all this adrenaline out
and your liver had to clean it up, clean it up, clean it up, clean it up, clean it up, clean it up.
So when you do hit it hard at night with some pizza or something else or some, some, whatever,
an egg omelet or some salmon or some chicken, the liver now has to be like, oh my God, I just sat
here killing myself all day long to clean up your mess from your fake fasting diet. And now you want
me to just spin out, you know, spit out all that bio reserve, all that bio reserve out. And then
you kill your liver quicker in your life. Intermittent fasting is not just aging faster,
but you kill your adrenals, you kill your liver. Things start falling apart later on. Your teeth
start falling apart later on. And that's where you end up. I know I always kid around and maybe
I shouldn't do this. I always kid around and talk about the podcast doctors. None of them have the
real teeth. And I know, I know so many of them. None of them have the real teeth. They all got
implants, bridges. They've all had root canals. They've lost all their teeth. They all have
veneers. They've all had their teeth ground down years ago when all these veneers put on and they
got implants and all that. And not to be mean or anything, not at all. But these are guys
and intermittent fasted, did this, did that, lots of caffeine, told everybody cacao is good
and told everybody this is good and apple cider vinegar is good and everything else.
And these guys don't have their real teeth. High fat diets, high fat, high fat's good for you.
Beyond lots of fats, your brain needs fat, your brain needs fat, and they don't have any teeth.
If you removed all the dental stuff from these guys, their veneers, pulled their implants out,
did all, reversed all those bridges, not one of those guys would have teeth that you're listening
to on those podcasts. And there's a reason for that because their lifestyle that they've done
in the last 10, 20 years with the way they thought you're supposed to eat and your intermittent
fasting and everything else that they did with their workouts, along with everything else,
trash the hell out of their teeth. And in this, at the same time, aging them quicker. That's why
these guys get filler everywhere. All these guys in their fifties and forties, they're all getting
filler everywhere. They're all getting their teeth done in filler because they have to,
They're aging at such an extent and they're getting Botox, lots of Botox.
And they're giving you advice every day on your intermittent fasting.
Let's put out another intermittent fasting book.
I'll go on the next doctor show, talk about the benefits to intermittent fasting as if there's a science behind it.
Because if there was a science behind it, wouldn't they figure out that it's not fasting?
If it was actually science behind intermittent fasting, the first thing would happen to be like,
one scientist would say to the other, you know, they're not fasting, right?
They're just eating at a different time of day.
So how is this going to be credible when they're not even fasting?
Holding off fats in the morning is your saving grace.
Filling your bloodstream up with glucose, like the coconut water, the celery juice, and the mineral salts,
and the trace mineral salts, and the calcium from the lemon.
filling your bloodstream up with these critical reserves and then having some fruit is so
important. Maybe the heavy metal detox smoothie, which you'll notice doesn't have any fat in it.
Maybe the liver rescue smoothie, which you'll notice doesn't have any fat in it, right?
Maybe some just frozen wild blueberries. You should check out morning cleanse in this,
in the cleanse that healed too. Maybe just some frozen wild blueberries, right? Keep them out
there and let them defrost in the morning. They'll be all set for you. And then your liver cleanses,
your adrenals preserve because that's your, that's your life force, man. Those adrenals,
that's your life force right there. And even your pancreas, you can save your pancreas
because what people don't realize is when you intermittent fast wrong or just intermittent fast
the way they think is right, your pancreas takes a hit. Your adrenals and your liver take a hit.
And all three of those take a hit. And then your brain takes a hit too. You burn your brain out.
So down the road, you don't know what you're doing. The thing is, the sad part is you could
be like, well, maybe it's my animal protein diet making me sick. So then you'll go vegan.
And then maybe it's my vegan diet that's making me sick. And then you'll go back to animal protein.
But everybody's going to stay on either side, whether it's vegan or animal protein,
you just gotta do your intermittent fasting.
So you're still gonna be stuck
in your intermittent fasting cycle,
whether you're going vegan to a professional,
or you're going animal protein to a professional,
and they're still gonna have you stuck
in this intermittent fasting cycle
because everybody's so brainwashed by it this time,
you'll never stand a chance,
and then you won't even know what's wrong with you anyway.
You won't know why you have fatigue
and you're sick and anything else to begin with,
and you'll think the intermittent fasting
was saving you to start with,
but then you notice you weren't doing good later,
but you still don't know it's the intermittent fasting,
and you go downhill and you're down there.
Again, we're down there in a worse place you ever were.
What I recommend is something that works.
It's not about guessing games because this is people's lives at stake.
This is their health.
Your life is important.
Your health is important.
It's critical.
It means everything.
So what I suggest is you withhold from the fats at least in the morning till noon, at least till noon.
and you do your celery juice, you do your liver rescue smoothie, you do your heavy metal detox
smoothie, whatever one you want to pick. You do some fruit. You can pick melons. You can pick
papayas. I'll open up a papaya right now and you can pick these. And while you're doing this,
you're staying off the fats. And when you're staying off the fats, you're properly
intermittently eating. If you even call it, you're not even intermittently eating actually.
you're doing it properly, right? You can be doing papaya every morning. I recommend getting some
papaya, putting it in a bowl, chopping up some bananas, putting it on top of that bowl.
You're going to lose weight. You're going to give your brain, your liver, everything it needs.
You're going to give your heart everything it needs. You're going to have glucose and mineral
salts in your bloodstream. You're going to be doing your celery juice and you're going to be
cleansing and cleansing out toxins and poisons. Intermittent fasting holds the toxins and poisons
in you and you become this toxic bomb later on. One of the big things I hate about intermittent
fasting, and you see it now, okay, you see it now, is intermittent fasting trainers that do workout
programs on YouTube and other places that are intermittent fasting, their skin is aging so quick.
They're so dehydrated from doing their caffeine all day long.
And they're so dehydrated and they're not getting glucose.
They're scared to death of sugar.
They're scared to death of fruit.
And they're lathering on body lotions that they're selling, lathering them on.
And they'll say, girls, go to bed wet.
Get all that stuff on you because you need your skin to get hydrated.
Meanwhile, they got everybody, caffeine all day, no fruit whatsoever.
no celery juice, caffeine all day long, and then their fat meal. And they make sure,
oh yeah, get your filler here, get your Botox here, which is fine. I'm not against filler,
Botox if somebody wants it. It's not it at all. It's just that they literally dehydrate you,
you age fast, they try to then put cosmetic stuff in you, and they keep you on the caffeine,
and they keep you locked into the intermittent fasting game. And the reason why you're
tricked in that intermittent fasting game is because guess what? You did discover something.
You held off the fats in the morning. You didn't know it was that. You thought it was just holding
off food, but you held off the fats in the morning and it's giving you that edge. It's giving you
that edge, right? The reason why someone's A1C gets a little better because they stop eating
all that fat in the morning. The reason why they start losing a little weight when they're doing
the intermittent fasting is because they're stopping all the fat in the morning. The reason
why their digestion is getting a little stronger, the benefits of intermittent fasting out there
is because the hackers are seeing because their liver is getting stronger because you're not
bombarding the liver with fat. You're not bombarding the digestive tract with fat. You're not bombarding
You're not bombarding your bloodstream with all that fat.
And then, because of that, your A1C gets a little better.
You start losing a little weight.
You maybe feel a little bit better.
But it bites you on the ass later.
And it bites you bad.
Real bad.
Look, some of the most powerful people in the world reach out to me.
for over 35 years.
They reach out to me today.
People that just would blow your mind if you knew.
Health professionals reach out to me all the time.
Top people in the health world that I've known for years
or just not known but know now,
but knew many that I've known
and many that I'm being introduced to now
because they reach out and they say,
look, I need some help.
I don't know why I'm blocked here,
but things are going really bad.
I'm 51 years old or I'm 49 years old
or I'm 45 years old and things are going bad, Anthony,
I know you're the expert. So here's what I'm doing. Here's my thing. I'm doing intermittent
fasting in the morning. I'm doing this. I'm doing that. And I'm doing this. I'm doing green tea. I
got my green tea powders here. And I'm like, yeah, how long you been doing all that? Been doing that
now for five years. Been doing that now for four years. I go, yeah, and it's taking you out.
I go, you got to get fruit in there. Fruit. Fruit's bad. I can't do any fruit. What are you kidding?
Fruit's going to feed my candida. What candida? I don't know. I don't know. I just got told that
It's my candida.
Like, I can't do that.
Like, you've got to do coconut water.
Coconut water?
Coconut water is bad.
You've got to do your celery juice.
Celery juice?
Oh, no, I don't want to do my celery juice.
It tastes bad.
It tastes terrible.
And that's what you hear.
And meanwhile, they're drying up.
You want to dry up fast in your life?
You intermittent fast.
And that will dry you up fast.
Your skin will get wrinkled as hell down the road.
everything will dry up teeth will start coming apart and you might be somebody here that you
think you got it all sewed up and you're laughing at me right now have a good laugh have a good laugh
i like it i like it i'm glad have a good laugh because you think you got it all down you're
working out in the gym you're probably thinking why am i not loaded with 10 tons of muscles
because i'm not in the gym working on my muscles and if you want to know my personal life yeah i
ride a bike. Yeah. I ride a bike. I run and you know, told somebody the other day, I had a lot
of muscle on them. Well, can you ride a bike as long as I can ride? And I do it when I can.
Can you run as many miles as I can run? And like, well, no, I can't run a lot of miles. I'm just
really doing heavy weights in the gym. Exactly. Everybody's got their own thing. So no one should
make fun of anybody, but you might be somebody that thinks you have it all down and you got the
pack down and you're doing intermittent fasting and you think you got it down and you're selling
your products to or whatever you're doing, you're probably saying this guy knows nothing. This guy
knows nothing. Laugh down the road. I want to hear that laugh down the road. That's what I want to
hear. I want to hear that laugh 10 years down the road. Yeah, we'll hear it because I've already
seen it over and over again. I think I haven't seen it over and over again, year after year,
all the time. Doctors reaching out to me, they've done it, saying, look, I got to change the course
for my patients because for the last three years I had my patients intermittent fasting. And guess
what? They're all getting sicker now and it doesn't make sense because they were doing better at the
start. I hear that all the time from doctors. They were doing better at the start, Anthony.
And now two years later, they're all getting sick on me. I got a whole round of patients I had on
intermittent fasting and now they're falling apart. What is it? Because they ran out,
Their clock ran out, man.
Their clock ran out.
You intermittent fasted them until everything started to dry up and burn out, buddy.
And that's what it is.
And you have to now get them eating in the morning or drinking in the morning,
at least doing their green juice in the morning,
at least doing their celery juice in the morning,
at least doing their lemon water, celery juice, and maybe some apples.
But you've got to get them eating something.
you can't hack the body. The body does not want to be hacked. The body does not want to be screwed
over. The body doesn't want to be jaked. The body doesn't want the wool pulled over it. And the body
doesn't want to be tricked. And the body doesn't want to be duped. You can't just screw around and
hack the body. You can't. And I'm like, okay, okay, okay. I'm getting my patients doing this now.
Now I got my patients doing that. Okay. You know what? They're recovering. I got two patients that
are finally recovering. They're drinking 32 ounces of celery each in the morning. Why didn't I know
this four years ago? I went to a course that's intermittent, and these are MDs. I went to a good
friend who's doing a course on intermittent fasting, and I thought it was the Holy Grail,
and I've been duped.
These give you a rundown. You're withholding fat in the morning, and that's the key.
simple. And then get the glucose and the mineral salts you need. Okay. And check out Cleanse and
Heal if you get a chance. If you're somebody new and you don't know the book, go to the library,
get it for free at the library or get it practically for free at the price they're
charging on amazon.com right now for that book. And take control of your life. I love you guys.
I'll see you next time.
